The fields gently swaying in the morning breeze, the sun-kissed morning dew on the ears and the wealth of colours of the golden wheat blades inspired us to develop the theme of the façades. The shaped vertical elements of the façade give it its lightness, its dynamics and its unique appearance. The beholder keeps gazing upon ever new – in sunshine, light and clouds – shimmering shades, apparently softly embedded in the wheat fields.

The activity zone “Am Bann” can be easy accessed by the highways and is well connected to public transport by the bus lines 321 and 205 as well as by the train station Leudelange. The P+R Kockelscheuer can be reached in less than 5 minutes; the Central Station Luxembourg as well as the City-Center of Luxembourg can be accessed within 10 minutes. In the activity zone “Am Bann” and its direct neighborhood are also implanted gas stations, restaurants, flower shops, sundry shops, furniture and office furnishings, office supplies, sports centre and many more.

The building “NEIWISEN” is composed by five buildings with four floors above ground and four basements. The first three buildings (south side), mentioned as buildings A, B and C, are reserved for the companies belonging to the group “LA LUXEMBOURGEOISE”. Buildings D and E are for rental.

Particular attention was paid to the energy concept and the comfort of the occupants. The spacious glass-covered buildings supported by the net curtains’ light control system direct daylight even further into the depths of the rooms. The ceilings with thermal activation ensure a constant comfortable temperature. Fresh air, coming from source air outlets and windows, is softly distributed. The low energy consumption is a reflection of the energy concept of the project. The gardens and open spaces, alternating with the buildings, ensure a balanced microclimate.
